Online training- How it works

Online training uses video streaming and interactive software to provide a lively and engaging training experiance for you, wherever you may be.

Our facilitator streams live to you, using a workshop presentation, short videos, and an interactive workshop space to provide the best possible training directly to you.

We can accommodate large numbers of participants in one session, with individuals either logging in from their own computer, or in joining in a workshop setting. You can provide combined, interactive training for staff all over the country and the world!

Technical requirements

To access online training you will need the following:

  • Access to a computer with ADSL quality internet connection, and a minimum speed of 256kb/s.
  • Flash player must be installed on your computer. If you do not have flash, you can download it for free here.
  • Headphones or speakers
  • There is space for questions, in which case a headset with microphone could be useful. However this is optional as questionsare also received by instant messaging.
