Please note that until payment is received registration cannot be confirmed. However, a position will be held for a period of 7 working days once your registration form is submitted. We will accept a purchase order as confirmation of payment if payment cannot be made within the specified time.

*For group bookings of 5 - 10 a discount of 10% applies; for 10 or more discount of 15% will be offered.

If you are unable to attend, you are entitled to send another delegate in your place. Cancellation fees do apply once payment or purchase order has been received. If a cancellation is made more than 10 working days prior to the seminar, a 10% service fee will be charged. If the cancellation is made within 10 days of the event, a 50% service fee will be charged. Payment must be received 24hrs before the event.
