In partnership with Yolngu, they want us to provide them with access to a broad range of information and other services in language while creating a better understanding between themselves and the broader dominant Australian English-speaking community.

90 Free Q&A videos about Aboriginal people and their Culture

Welcome to our 90 free Q&A video series about Aboriginal people and their culture. “I have collected these questions over the 50 years while working with the Yolngu people of north-east Arnhem Land. Questions that many Australians have about them and other First Nation people and their culture.

I am old enough now to be a grumpy elder, so I think it is about time I jumped into these challenging conversation boots and all. Hope you enjoy a very different Q&A session. I can be sure that you won’t get this conversation anywhere else.

We originally recorded over 100 of these questions but have only had the $ resources to put 90 of them out.

So, if you like them, please make a donation.  We get no government funding for these, and many of the other resources are building. A donation button is at the bottom of each video page.

These videos were originally released weekly in blocks of three. That is the format they now exist in. Have fun. Richard Trudgen
